Your jewel is delivered in its Moon Flower gift pouch, in hand-screened raw cotton, and carefully packed in a bubble envelope for travel.
If it is a gift and you want to slip a note for your recipient with your shipment, please specify when paying for the order: a card with your message will be attached to your package.
This jewel is specially shaped for you by hand in an artisanal way, with traditional tools but also a lot of love and care.
Before arriving in your hands, it requires hours of creation and it goes through many manufacturing steps that require know-how and patience, to transform the raw material into a unique piece each time.
It is born from my hands, at the workbench, to share your life story...
Please allow 1 to 3 days for production before shipping your order.

If an item does not suit you, you have an unconditional right of return within 14 days of receipt of your order.
The jewel must be returned at your expense, or brought back to the workshop, in its original condition and packaging, without having been worn.
The request for exchange or refund must be made via the contact form, or by email: contact@moonflowerbijoux.com, you will then be given the address to return your parcel to.
The article will be refunded or exchanged, according to your wishes, and this within a maximum period of 14 days from the receipt of the return.
