I am very honored to have been invited by Imasango to participate in the Printemps des Poètes 2021, and I have infinite gratitude for this beautiful meeting, and for this inspiring artistic partnership.

I had created the PAROLES collection, as an invitation to put a little more poetry in one's life, because I deeply believe that some words help us to live, and because I liked the idea to wear them as close as possible to my skin, to infuse my days with their power...

I had dreamed of one day being able to engrave the verses of Imasango on my jewelry... And it was she who came to me to offer me this co-creation, on the theme of the Desire.

It must be said that Imasango is part of my little personal pantheon of muses, of these women who inspire me, by their universe, their style, their way of being in the world, as much as by the imagination they arouse in me.

So when she called me with her idea, not only did I not hesitate for a second, but I immediately had a flash of what I wanted to achieve.

I had a lot of fun making this jewel, and I'm so happy today to see this necklace come to life around her neck...

Imasango has a very nice formula for defining poetry, which could also apply to Beauty… she says that it is above all "a way of looking at the world."

And I think that's ultimately what drives us both : trying to participate a little to the beauty of the world...

Because beauty nourishes us, saves us, lifts us up, gives us a little height, and that is why it is so essential on a daily basis.

I love and admire her desire to take words out of the frame of books and bring them closer to life and people everywhere, her commitment to sharing poetry and making this beauty accessible to all. This is the precious gift she gave us on the mat, during this reading of some of her poems, on the theme of "Desire for Beauty" under the flame tree of the Lec Lec Tic gallery in Noumea.
