Article 1: object
These conditions govern sales made on the moonflowerbijoux.com website.
On this site Moon Flower offers for sale jewelry of its creation for individuals only.
The validation of the order and its payment imply the full acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
Moon Flower reserves the right to modify the general conditions of sale at any time.
Article 2 – Price
The prices of the jewels are indicated in Euros (€) all taxes included. They are visible on the thumbnails of the products, the product page and when summarizing the basket.
Moon Flower reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the price in force at the time of the validation of the order on moonflowerbijoux.com and subject to availability.
The articles of the order remain the property of Moon Flower until the reception of the payment of the totality of the sum to be paid by the customer.
Please note: as soon as you take physical possession of the products ordered, the risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to you.
Article 3 – Orders
You can place an order on moonflowerbijoux.com. To do this, you must add products to the basket, validate your basket, accept these conditions and proceed to payment.
Moon Flower reserves the right not to register a payment, and not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, and more particularly in the event of a supply problem, or in the event of difficulty concerning the order received.
Article 4 – Validation of your order
Any order appearing on the moonflowerbijoux.com website implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Any order confirmation entails your full acceptance of these general conditions of sale, without exception or reservation.
All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. You declare to have full knowledge of it.
The order confirmation will constitute signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.
A summary of your order information will be sent to the e-mail address provided and will confirm your order.
Article 5 – Payment
The fact of validating your order implies for you the obligation to pay the indicated price.
The payment of your purchases is secured by Stripe.
Article 6 – Delivery
The jewels are made by the designer entirely by hand and may require a production time of one to three days, after placing your order. If the delays should be longer, you will be notified by email.
Each order is sent by post in a bubble envelope as a priority, and by registered mail. Delivery times depend on the shipping zones and are not the responsibility of Moon Flower.
Orders from New Caledonia can also be collected in a pick up point.
Section 7 – Withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalty.
Returns must be made in their original condition, in their packaging, the jewelry must not have been worn. In this context, your responsibility is engaged. Any damage suffered by the jewel on this occasion may be such as to defeat the right of withdrawal.
The request for exchange or refund must be made via the contact form within 7 days of receipt, you will then be given the address to return the goods to.
It is your responsibility to bring the goods back to the workshop or to send them back by post, at your expense.
In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, Moon Flower will refund the sums paid, within 14 days of receipt of the goods and via the same means of payment as that used when ordering.
Article 8 – Guarantee
Moon Flower jewelery benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, provided for by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. In the event of non-compliance of a product sold, it may be returned, exchanged or refunded.
All complaints, requests for exchange or refund must be made via the contact form within 7 days of receipt, you will then be given the address to return the goods to.
Jewelry must be returned in the condition in which you received it and in its original packaging.
Article 9- Availability
The jewels are offered on order as long as they are visible on the moonflowerbijoux.com website and are delivered in their gift pouch.
In case of unavailability of a jewel after placing your order, you will be informed by email. Your order will be automatically canceled and a refund will be issued.
In addition, the moonflowerbijoux.com website is not intended to sell its products in large quantities. Therefore Moon Flower reserves the right to refuse orders for the same product in large quantities.
Article 10 – Liability
The products offered comply with the French legislation in force.
Moon Flower cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper use of the purchased product.
Finally, Moon Flower cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet network, in particular a break in service, an external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.
Article 11 – Applicable law in the event of disputes
The language of this contract is French. These conditions of sale are subject to French law in force in New Caledonia. In the event of a dispute, the New Caledonian courts will have sole jurisdiction.
Article 12 – Intellectual property
